Refund policy

We want you to love your House of ZSK purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

7. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
